Which inline fan/carbon filter do I need for my tent?

I have a 4x4x6.5 inch grow tent. I have a 6 inch aircooled hood and a 600 watt dimable ballast w hps/mh bulbs. I'm looking at carbon filters and inline vans (temps were way to High with test runs) iv decided to go with the brand Phresh for the carbon filter ( iv read all good things about there filters) with my size grow tent which one should I go with?

Should I go with the 6 x 16 400cfm

Or should I go to the next one up?

Last question, as far as inline fans do you have to match up the cfms exactly or can you go over? I was going to go with this one

And get the speed controller

Thanks guys! i actually just got a hydrofarm 6inch 400 cfm inline fan with a speed controller. I was looking at those generic carbon filters but i read that its worth the extra 60-80 bucks to get a named brand filter like phresh. I found one for $130 (6x16 400 cfm) and it has a 3 year warranty so i think im going to grab that one. Is it best to set your ducting up right away with the carbon filter? I bought the fan yesterday so i wasnt sure if i should get the carbon filter right away. Im also using fox farms ocean forest and light warrior for the seedlings. Do i need to use perlite to or just leave it. This is my first grow so i want to make sure... im also going to be using FF Big bloom, big grow, and tiger bloom

I know this is more investment but if you're going all FF then grab the solubles too. I am using all FF and they are awesome, just be weary of overfeeding you can always feed more if they show it but really harshes the smoke if you burn em in the bud phase imo. I do not add any perlite but some people might tell you too, I put a layer of rocks at the bottom of my container for drainage. Have you thought about adding Co2?
