you use them together. they are used for different things
worm castings contain a bunch of macro/micro nutrients and are great for the microheard. Bat guano is a fertilizer, you get N guano or P guano, mollasses contains iron and is food for your micro organisms. Other important ones would be blood meal, bone meal, kelp meal, fish meal, greensand, rock phosphate, etc... the list goes on and on. Being a beginner, you just wanna find a tried and true recipe online until you know enough about each ingredient to make up your own recipes. Check out lc's soilless mix or subcools super soil tutorial. good luck
