Which nutrients?

I read so much about nutrients but I'm still confused as to which ones to get, would a cheap one like this be fine or would I need something more....expensive? better? like something from here

Please could you let me know what I should add the Nutrients too please!

I use this one in veg stage with good results, for flowering I use biobizz bloom. It`s all about the NPK ratio but I see they don`t show it on the website, you have to look at the back of the bottle in store.
