Yeah they got a lot of R and D with it in Germany apparently. Osram are working with 4 universities in a big UVC UVB project.

This guy is a knucklehead. He's weighing his 0.1 g assay samples on a 200 g scale that sells for $20? I can guarantee his sample's weight errors at that range are +/-20% or worse with that hunk of junk. Pretty much makes his comparisons useless. If he had used Jscale's 20 g scale at least the weight error would be closer to +/- 5%
