Which spectrum flouro tube?

Does any one have any input on which spectrum fluorescent tube to use for the various stages of veg growth? i.e. fresh cuttings/ seedlings, young plants and finally mother plants? Or even what other type of lighting would you suggest for these applications? Im workin on setting up my clone/ mother room

6500k spectrum for veg and clones

Yeah thats what I had read, but I'm really curious as to if there is any spectrum that will encourage root development and such
