White Russian, 22% thc, in a study of like 100 different strains it came out thestrongest... but in later news i saw Hawiian Snow has 23.7% thc so it's the highest sativa ever recorded...i don't know about highest indica though.

but i do know some people who have grown White Russian...they say it's so strong people are afraid to smoke it...I have been growing this strain for while now and am still waiting to smoke it when it's ready.
