White dots... is it insects?

So much issues with one plant...
Please help to identify.

Indoor 60 X 60
LED light 30 cm about the plant
Growing Medium - Soil
Stage of growth - about 9 weeks grow
Temperature - 25-27 Celsius
Moist - 45% +-


Should nim oil will do the work?
Can I spray it when the light is on? I am not around it when the light is off...

Yes, most likely spider mites. Captn jacks/spinosad dead bug works against them.

Russet mites..

Take a pint of 99% iso, mix with same amount of tap water and a drop of dish soap and spray the heck out of them on the undersides of the leafs and repeat every 3 days for 2 weeks.
