White flakes in buds after harvesting

Hello, first time grower here. I harvested my 3 plants and noticed a lot of white flakes. Is this normal? Mildew? Exoskeltons?

If this isn't a troll post, try washing the bud but I don't think that will work that good with that bad an infestation.

Your best bet might be to just do a bubble hash run then press the bubble hash.
