White fluffy mold like stuff on the top of my soil??? HELP

I started using Westlands fish blood and bone, its npk is 4-7-4 that's the only new thing iv done to the plants since this started happening does anyone know why this happened or will it damage my plants? Any suggestions??

Try letting your soil dry out completely before watering, & make sure you have good air flow..fan etc.. I sometimes get it.....It won't damage your plants.

Aerate your soil… mix the top and turn it with the top one inch of soil…
If you are growing organic, that white stuff is good…
If not growing organic, and you want to kill the ‘white stuff’ then just spray it with H2O2...
H2O2 will not harm plant, and I always keep some handy, in case something pops out of soil…bugs/mold/mildew….
