if it is kind of furry looking it is mold probably, then just mist it so the spores can't fly and take the top soil of with a spoon, all you pretty much can do about mold. there are a few chemical clubs around which state that the are capable to get with of some kinds but it is always the question if you happen to have that one since there more the 3000 verities as far as i know. to prevent further mold grow lower the humidity down to less then 60% and keep the top soil from being constantly soaked.;)

thanks. the funny thing is that my plant looks healthy and i took one plant out of the soil and it was in a little deeper as well as the top. i used a different type of soil plus i added perlite and vermiculite so maybe my soil is holding to much moisture for to long. i also mixed in some blood meal in the soil. plus i also have some basil i am growing that i put bone meal on the top of the soil and that is when the white fuzzy stuff started to grow.
