Its a good thing. Its showing you its a female. Those are called preflowers they show when plant is ready to flower

i'm not sure, thats a lot of white hairs for veg...how old? maybe they fucked up and sent you an auto in the pile?
I was just typing this when your post showed up:
Is it in pre flower or is it past pre flower? I didn't think pre flower had that many pistils on top.

i've never seen that many on a plant thats not actively flowering. usually you'll get a few at nodes, not a big clump like that.
keep it under the light and see what it does. a plant should at least have a hard time flowering if its getting more than 12 hours of light a day, and it sure shouldn't be able to if its getting 16 or more. unless its an auto.
