White marks on leaves, dont know the issue

My plants are two and a half weeks old we just recently transplanted them and i was wondering if we may have done something wrong. I thought they may be spots mad by splashing them but ive been more careful but the new leaves coming in show the same marks. Any Ideas would be appreciated.

I did and their didnt seem to be any. Ill go back and take another look with a magnifying glass though. If it is a pest is their something quick i could do to get rid of them?
 
Still no signs of pests, could this be a deficiency? i have a bit of a hard time telling because i am color blind but my friend tells me they are also turning orange. I could really use some help on this if i need to i can post more pictures too.
