2 of my little ladies seem to have a good amount of white specks on their leaves? Im not sure what the problem is but i do have a bad heat problem at the moment.
Is it heat stress? Also i have some brown or rust spots on one plant as well. Does this look like a phosphorus deficiency? If it is should i add a little bonemeal to the soil? And how can i get rid of the white specks? Thanks in advance. If your really interested in how these girls turn out. Tune into my first ever grow. Check the link in my Sig.:bigjoint:

Usually white specks mean mites. Check underneath for little spots moving around slowly.
There's tons of info around here on how to deal with them.

Alcohol/water will kill them. It's not the best option, though I do like it if you need to deal with mites late in flower, because it evaporates so quickly - it won't make your buds toxic, and won't contribute to mold possibilities. (You still shouldn't heavily spray your buds directly though, IMO).
I've never tried flora mite, but have seen plenty of people recommend it. Whatever you do, be very thorough in your spraying (under the leaves, the stems, etc.). Also, do it many times (at least 3 or 4 times), spaced out every 3 days... when you kill them, you won't kill the eggs, and little ones will hatch eventually.

okay somebody please help me.. My caregiver tells me that the white spots are from some flying bug not from mites... Thanks for helping me realize that i had mites but wtf. I mean nobody ever responds to my questions and when they do its not a 100% and i only got one opinion its like urghh. But Yeah any info on these bugs would be appreciated/.

I don't know what flying bugs he's talking about. I've dealt with fungus gnats (seems to be the most common flying pest), and can definitely tell you that they do not leave white spots on leaves. I've personally never heard of anyone dealing with flying bugs that leave white spots - which doesn't mean that it's impossible... but, not common at least.
I've dealt with mites, and they DO leave white spots... they're a very common problem with marijuana. They live under the leaves, and suck the juice out of the leaf, leaving little, tiny dead spots. If you go to radio shack, you can pick up a hand held microscope for around $12. Take a close look under your leaves where you see the most spots. I think you'll see mites.
