today problem got much worse ......
there is an eggs on bottom side ......
i noticed a little white flies all over the grow room

about 2-3 weeks left, is there any non chemical solution for this ?
The honeydew on the leaf on the right tells me you have thrips.
Spinosad (spin-OH-sid), a naturally occuring soil dwelling bacterium that was collected on a Caribbean island from an abandoned rum distillery in 1982. I have used this effectively on thrips in the past. If this is too chemical for you google some integrated pest management for thrips.

Who are you calling an mf-er?? Fishmark told you how you can treat them. IMO, it's too late to make a difference. You might as well take them to harvest though and see how they smoke.

Actually it sounds more like white flies, they can be pretty hard to get rid of and spinosad doesnt work as well on them as it does thrips. There is a thread on ICmag that says to mix hydrogen peroxide and water and spray.

I get them now and then, if it is veg I use azamax 2 or 3 different times spaced a few days apart. If it is in flower there isnt a whole lot you can do that will eradicate them without burning the buds.

should i worry about this ?
beside this white spots, plants seems doing fine.
i hate to tell you this, but that looks like spider mites and u are in a world of trouble cuz ur already to far into flower to use any of the big guns. Ive been told that the No Pest Strips are safe to use in flower and effective, i wouldn't trust them near my bud, but you may not have a choice.
