lol i think what you mistook for a yellow leaf was the light of my 2700k bulb going through the leaf. trust me everything is a healthy dark green. they just got white spots :/

and theres only instrutions on how to use it as a fungicide and insecticide. should i just use the insecticide method to remove the miites?

It's possible it can expire. Make sure it is safe for consumables and not for house plants. Did you find mites?

it says use a 7-14 day schedule and for a heavy insect population use a 7 day schedule. does this mean i should use it once a day for 7-14 days?

one of my growth tips up and turned brown on me. is it possible since my roots are reaching out of the bottom of the pot and drying up that it caused one of my newer fan leaves tip 2 brown? or is it more likely a burn from the cfl's???

If it's not yellowing you're OK as far as CalMag. If you have mites, spray entire plant, especially under leaves. The droplets make the webs stand out more so you can see them. Repeat 3 days later to kill any new ones that might have survived in eggs, and then 3 days later again. That should take care of it.

Nice sig Pumert. ;)
you know it lol

but uh i looked at my fox farm grow big bottle nd it said the solution for foliar feeding needs 2b 1/2 teaspoon per gallon and to not allow it to sit in direct sunlight.

when i watered last with growbig i got some solution on my leaves and didnt think much of it nd it sat in the sun (my solution was 1 1/2 teaspoons)

could this have caused the white spots/small holes?

Foliar sprays shouldnt create leaf burn, its low ppm and only done when the plants first wake up or when the lights are about to turn off in a half hour. (No darkness, foliar at dark or as the lights turn off creates mold and problems). A picture would probably help us help you a lot more, though!

i didnt foliar feed it. i watered it and some of the solution landed on the leaf. the solution was 3 times stronger than what is recommended on the bottle.

pics are on the first page
