Shouldnt be a nutrient problem. Plant is fine as far as nutrients are concerned. A bug probably had a bit to eat and took off. You did check the underside of the leafs right? I think whiteflies can cause this.

look on the bottom side of the leaves, looks like mites. could be salt build up from foliar feeding will it wash off?

I looked with a high powered scope and not bugs im thinkin mabey something got spilt gonna try to clean it off keep you posted lol

Looks like it could be thrips. Silvery spots in a random pattern. They are hard to see because they are so fast.

No fruit near by this is in my basement but i have seen tiny little flys around what can i do
The tiny little flies are most likely fungus gnats. Fungus gnats arent too harmful more or less just annoying. The young do eat fine root hairs but its usually not a problem. For the fungus gnats you can add a layer of clean sand...they wont be able to dig through that.

Thrips sounds logical. I know i got some of those in the backyard too. I think some other insect helps keep them in control, i never have any major thrip problem.

your issue seems to be like mine but am not getting anywhere nobody really seems to know what it is if i find anything out ill post on here
