[TD="align: left"]Don’t Bug Me[SUP]®[/SUP] is a fast, effective solution for most common garden pests. Because its active ingredient is Pyrethrum, which is derived from chrysanthemum flowers, it can be applied up to the day of harvest on any fruit or vegetable. Don’t Bug Me[SUP]®[/SUP] kills aphids, whitefly, and other insects on contact by damaging their nervous systems, and even at lower levels it will keep pests away. Best of all, Don’t Bug Me[SUP]®[/SUP] breaks down quickly and does not persist in the environment. FoxFarm is proud to offer a safe, modern, natural insect spray that can be used indoors and out.

Garden Tip: Make the right diagnosis before you spray. Damage can also be caused by diseases or nutritional deficiencies. If you’re not sure, take a cutting from a damaged plant, seal it tightly in a plastic bag, and take it to the nursery for identification. If a plant has been damaged or just seems to be in poor health, try a root drench of Big Bloom™ Liquid Fertilizer to revive it after you treat the problem.

Choose a time when wind will not direct the spray away from the plant, and avoid spraying in the heat of the day, when sunlight can cause the product to dissipate quickly. Hold the bottle 12 inches away and spray lightly, being sure to cover both sides of the leaf. Insects must be sprayed directly to be killed, but there is no need to over-saturate the plant—a little goes a long way.

Where's the product whotos! :) What's the bottle look like? :)

But see, that's the stuff that always ruins my plants. It's not THAT brand, but it's Pyrethrum-based.

Maybe the bottle I got is .. stale, or old. Iunno. Or maybe it's a different type of Pyrethrum..

I never knew that. :)

Now I do, anyway, I was desperate to clone the sucker sooner rather than later - so I'd (in theory) have three before summer gets too far gone :)

I figured you could strike cuttings from any age vege growth. Mmmmm

also you only want to take cuttings from female plant and at 6 weeks, and they can show sex even in veg once matue...then all cuttings are female. :)

don't want to clone males/hermies...

you can take cuttings when smaller but at what cost? hurting the plant and they take forever to root...which you seen...lol

Yeah okay, MOTHER! :)

Well you'll be pleased to know, I've decided NOT to take any more cuttings till the lowermost leaves have grown long enough to cut :) Which will be a long time. Prolly just before autumn starts. As for the male-female thing though: If it IS a female, I'd rather have clones growing SOONER than later :)

YOUR GROUNDED! :p

:I

Hang on, I figured I should go out and make some kind of appearance, since these visitors are the ones hooked me up with an ounce - indirectly. :)

Just standing in the kitchen cutting neoprene - in the company of visitors, but oh well :)

un momento, mi amigos :)

Well, if my housemates relatives finally go, I can pull her out of my room finally and examine her. Any way to INFLUENCE it to be a her?

I know you can stress a SHE to become a SHIM, but what bout the other way round?

right right.. Cos males are missing the .. no wait, males HAVE BOTH an X and Y Chromo, so why not?

If females have two XXs, and males are XY's, then why the hell not I say! /indignant

:)

Tell ya why: Cos those bastard Scientists are too busy cloning pink fucken sheep to worry about such things, that's why!

Happy new year Muh man :)

Day late, but it was just too hot to be sitting on a computer yesterday. Spent the day periodically spraying the garden and myself cool, then doing little more but an occasional cone here and there :)
