white tip

my plant is in the 7th week of flowering, the tip of the plant has gone pure white, i was just wondering if this was normal or if its down to light stress or some other problem, the plant is big bang. could anyone tell me why this is happening?

Never had this problem before..But I googled it(hint hint) and this is what I came up with.


Zinc. Zn-deficiency symptoms include chlorosis of leaf tissue between the veins. Chlorosis or white areas start at the leaf margins and tips. More definite symptoms are very small, new leaves which may also be twisted or curled radially. Galvanized nails can be buried or pushed into the stem. Commercial preparations of zinc are also available.

iv looked up this problem on the net but most sites are saying , white tips on the end of leaves, or spots on the leaves, but this is different, the whole plant is fine, its just the top half inch of the main cola has went completely white , like all the leaves and the bud. av grown in the past amd never seen this b4.
