I have one plant that just sprouted yesterday. I planted it in Miracle-Gro Moisture Control Soil (i know not optimal but it was the best available).

2 42W CFLs
2 23W CFLs

A 4x2 grow box lined with mylar. It has a fan on top to pull air out and a hole on the bottom to pull air in.

Lights are currently on 22 hours a day. Any comments or suggestions? I will try posting pictures later.

if you have a timer just do 18/6. if you REALLY want more light, do 20/4 or 19/5. They do like dark.

Don't add any nutrients to that plant for a at least a weeks if the miracle-gro has nutrients in it.
