white widow health problems

this is my first time white widow grow and have have started to get a few problems . she is 4weeks into flowering and has been fed on formula-flora flower fertalizer. ihave noticed a few tiny black flies over the weeks which i have removed by hand and werent causing much ov a problem however in the last weeks or so i have noticed 1 or 2 thrips and several thrips larvi but im not sure whether they wud ov done this much damge . i think i may have over fead her with nutrients but im not sure any help or advice would be appreciated thanks.

I cant help so much with the bug problems but I know you can use Neem. It supposedly very effective.

As far as the Widow.
I can chime in. Ive noticed that Widow is very picky with Nutrients.
Not a big eater. So be careful. I suggest a good flush.
Thats what worked for me.
I thought it was the end of the world for me, and they pulled through.

cheers for the advice u ahve any idea on how long they gona take to start picking back up again (health wise)

After I flushed all the leaves that were dead fell off and the newer growth was un affected.
If you react quick enough it wont spread too much.
Give or take about a week.
Over nutrient: Time is of the essence.
