So I am growing my first feminized seed bank seed. Also first time not using CFL's for flower. I am using four CFL's to veg with and plan to veg for 30 days while doing a full circle LST. I am about 10 days from popping the soil and made about ten hooks with a metal hanger to use to hold it down. I am posting first pictures and wanted to know if it's too early to be training it or if I should be fine and continue to do this through veg to create a large canopy and get lots of frosty colas!
Thanks I will be updating this once or twice a week as we go on this long process. I don't know anything about WW so any feedback helps! This is also my first time doing an LST like this. I normally just top it and tie it down through flower to make room for lower light... Nothing like this before.... I am using the method in my fourth picture...

Thanks

Sorry my friend I was sleeping. As far as the LST goes Im not too familiar with that type of training. With White Widow though I absolutely love this strain. Its such a tough and versatile strain that can can take a ton of abuse and remain stable. Its definitely one of the worlds best as far as smoke quality and simplicity to grow. They take nutes really well and they love to be topped numerous times. They give a huge yield as well as long as you train and feed her properly with the correct lighting. They can also handle lots of light, I put mine under 400w HPS in the 2nd week of veg cause I didn't have an MH. This is all from my own personal experience and experiences may vary depending on seed banks, grow setup etc. I would put 2 seeds instead of one just because fem. seeds isn't always female. Just so that you don't waste your time with one plant that may not be female. Ive seen it too many times that's why my friend. I wish you the best of luck with her. Keep us posted let us know how she does for you.

The training will take alittle while to get it to grow a full circle, but you will ahve a ton of tops! It's an awesome technique. While you are going the training, you might want to consider picking off a couple fan leaves that would be blocking the axillary buds from getting direct light so they will grow into tops faster, and also if you want to not take off the entire leaf, you can just kinda pinch/crush the petiole and it will dropp but still be connected to the plant and either raise back up later on or stay down till it dies. Either way it got out of the lights path to the axillary buds.

also, regardless of if supercropping works for increasing yield or anything, it is a very easy way to take a couple inches off of a stems height so you might want to consider that as well for keeping the first several tops at the same height as the last few that you will have forming before flower..
