White widow!!!!!!!!!!

ok well i ordered some ww seeds about a month ago and well i dont understand this part of its life cycle (here in red)

On both mediums it is suggested to flower (12 hour light) the White Widow for 8 weeks, but 10 weeks will really give you the crystals you are after. We suggest the final 2 weeks of the flowering cycle to turn the lights off altogether - or at least down to 8 hours.

the last 2 weeks before harvesting cut the lights off or limit the light to eight hours. This isn't necessary its just recommended.

sometimes I find that places say give the plants 24hr of dark before chopping down, something about using all the nutes stored in the stems and leaves....i guess like starving itself.

oh well will that help produce the crystals on the bud or is it just to keep it from stressing

idk i heard thats there really is no proof support that theory
