Well I had a black roommate who stole $5000 in rent and security deposits and he still smoked trash every day. I'm talking make your eyes burn, smells like piss burned out stumpy trash weed. I'm Hispanic and I'll always go for an 8th of chronic over a pound of garbage. I guess it's just about priorities. Is it me or has anyone noticed that white people have a higher tolerance to weed than black people. Ok as stupied as that sounds this isent always the case but the majority
I noticed Black people will always be fine with midgrade and they will be boosted off of it, they seem to get high off of anything, in otherwords white people like the quality of weed. Like the chronic.....the good stuff & seems to have a higher tolerance....

I am going to ignore the silly shit that this thread has turned into. And yes, I am an African American. I am also a grower.
The original inquiry is NOT stupid or dumb or anything. It's just a misconception that got misunderstood and then, I have to say, a bunch of pure fuckin idiots hopped on it and didn't think to just shut the fuck up and dial it down a bit.
Now on to the misconception. It's not an issue of race or some physical trait that somehow African Americans can't handle high quality marijuana.
Any true pothead knows that getting some of that weak mexibrick shit will fuck you up if it's your first time. Over time your tolerance builds up to the point that the weak shit doesn't do anything for you. That's just the nature of tolerance. It has nothing to do with actual race.
In most Black neighborhoods, the access to high quality marijuana is practically nonexistent. Mids are easier to come by and mexibrick schwag weed flows all over. So, the real question is, why don't African Americans in these neighborhoods have access to high quality marijuana? Economy, police, etc etc etc. Simply put, the shit just doesn't trickle down "here".
I feel the same way many of you do as far not smoking the low quality stuff. Why would I? I've got the money and I've got the access. Since I've been growing, I've become the supply. The only thing I haven't smoked out of yet is a vaporizer. I've got bongs and I love blunts and I've made my own pipes from the stems of my plants. And, once again, I am an African American.
It's not about race. It's about economy or even ability. Usually the mids tend to be the highest quality marijuana available to the 'hood. If all you knew about was "hydro" you'd chase that as well. As for me, I am like many of you, I know quality marijuana when I see it. And, I turn my nose up at petty dealers when they say they have "haze" and "sour" which is what would be mids in NYC.
Lastly, I detest muthafuckas who talk about hydro as if it's the best weed ever. That's how know someone is stupid and doesn't know shit about marijuana. Hydro isn't a type of marijuana nor does "hydro" mean that the marijuana is better. I don't grow "hydro" marijuana, I grow marijuana hydroponically. Specifically, I have Princess Diesel.
