Well today we older tokers are just old school. We have put up with the man for over 40 or more years! Gas was 25 cents a gal. Smokes 50cents a pack! Best bud then was Red Bud! Two worlds coming together at this time as worm turns! This is a time we tokers must stand together and "VOTE" for our right to smoke. Toke and Vote! Yes We Can!!

I feel bad for so many people, all these stories just remind me of how lucky I was growing up here in northern california where quality was never the issue, sometimes a dude pinching your bag before he brought it back to you or something like that, but its always been pretty good, probably absolute fire to alot of people that are from the midwest or cities like detroit mentioned. I started growing back in high school small little gardens in the summer, my parents have 30acres so it was easy to find a little area and plant late so they stayed small, although back then I didnt take very good care of my plants it was great fun. In 2002 I got my MMJ recommendation and since its been absolutely great to able to do my thing completely legit, even get rid of excess to some dispensaries to help myself and others out with quality herb. I know its not an option for everyone, but if you really have that big of a problem getting decent herb, I would advise in investing a little money for maybe a grow tent, light set-up, fan and few controls and your set to grow some real chronic, cant tell you how much fun and rewarding it is to take a seed or clone to harvest for the first time, especially when its some of the best weed you've ever had and you grew it, the process becomes just as much fun as smoking, well not quite but you get my point. Seriously for $350-500 you can have a good size grow tent with everything you need except nutrients and it will pay for itself with one harvest, its worth the investment if you can. Take care everyone, wish you all well your quest to find some good, reliable hooks. Just for info purposes if your buying an oz. and giving dude 4-5g's for hooking you up and he doesnt appreciate it, I would find someone else, but I understand its not always that easy, but thats ridiculous. Peace!

Im all for legalization as long as it doesnt come with any restrictions on what I am allowed to grow privately for my own use, cause if they want to legalize it but try to make me grow in a 5x5 area then they're crazy. I really think it should be legalizd and all MMJ patients rights should stay the same or amounts should be increase, but legalization shouldnt negatively effect the established regulations already in place. For those medical card holders that are in it for mainly money I hear alot of I dont want it legalized for various reasons, but if the reason is cause we know it will be harder to sell it, then we've become some greedy people. The one thing will never change, if you have the best quality it will always be in demand, if your trying to offload your scraps and its harder, well grow better weed and you wont have to worry about it. So yes for legalization as long as there isnt ANY negative reprecussions for medical growers already in the loop. Peace!

Thread reminds me of when I was in HS and buyin from different dealers. Crazy how things change now I can drive 5 minutes to a dispensary or even have the shit delivered. Prices have gone down too (except for some of the greedy dispensaries).

If it gets fully legal it'll be retarded. Be happy with a 6x6, a lot can be produced in that. You want it legal and all that will do is flood the market and make your pounds worthless.
