Got a girl a few weeks from being done that I do not want to lose..... She is something very special and not like the other 9 of her that I bought........ Not even close....... I have a pretty good idea of how to try and pull it off, but would love to hear from someone who has some serious knowledge on the subject.... Help needed from The Emerald Triangle

Just posted this in another thread"

You CAN re-veg and re-flower. I've done it. All you do is prune the plant back down to about a foot tall, but leaving a couple of growth tips on the plant. Put it back under 24/0 and in 3 or 4 weeks it'll be ready to re-flower.

But why bother?

In that same time ( or sooner) you could'a taken cuttings from it and had a clone ready to go into flowering when you cut down the original plant.

*********

This process DOES stress the plant and one drawback is the possibility of turning the cuttings Hermie, so you need to watch rhe cuttings carefully.

When I saw a response I couldn't have asked for anyone better than you FDD..... You are the man and thank you for the help.... How much do I cut the plant back by... The nuggets are like brussle sprouts, top to bottom.... I know you understand, it's just got some crazy genetics I don't want to lose

Mike, had I had any idea it was going to have the genetics that it does, I would have taken a clone for sure bro, but I'm 5= in now and it's too late.... I swear it is something else that got mixed in with the rest, because it looks nothing like the rest... Prettiest herb I have ever grown..... That includes teh OG G-13 and the OG Train Wreck, which is now known as the clone only Arcata... Grown a lot of different herb over the years and have never wanted to regenerate untill now

you have to leave as many fan leaves as possible. try to trim away the bud but leave the big leaves. as many leaves as possible.

Much appreciated again FDD, one last question if you don't mind though..... You turned your plant sideways and I believed re-potted it and did a little root trimming..... I know you said the sideways thing was for the light, but do you feel it is necessary to re-pot...... I just want to take every proper step

i was in a pretty small pot to start with. if you feel the pot it is in now is big enough than it should be ok. i've never really had an issue with pot size. :blsmoke:
