Who takes the blame?

So lets say you are growing in someones house that you do not own but you live there. If you get raided, who gets in trouble? Im asking this because I want to protect the people I live with from prosecution.

The homeowners can claim ignorance...All they have to say is that they had no idea whatsoever what you were doing.

Sorry i have no knowledge of the somalian legal system. Usually if you own up to it and its in your room then flatmate should be ok.

I do believe the way I understand it is the homeowner if he does not live there will not be held accountable, because he has no idea of it.

But people that are living in the same place are held accountable on the reasoning that they should have reported it to the cops.

Growing with other people in the house is a way bad idea, too many people know of your grow, you are breaking Rule #1 right away.

The legit answer is, if you live with other people and you are worried about them getting taken down with you, then don't grow there. It's that simple. My wife suffers from an un-diagnosed stomach condition that she got her rec for, since doctors can't figure out what's wrong with her. We were living with her father for a bit while we were between places and we stopped growing when we lived with them. If you can't respect the people you are living with enough to not put them in danger of imprisonment for your selfishness of not wanting to pay for bud, then you shouldn't be growing in the first place. There are enough 16 year old growers out there, no more are needed.

don't let that discourage you from reading up on it and learning. Also gives you a chance to save up for good equipment.

damn 20 plants thats a big grow they would know eventually because your whole house would smell like bud maybe you should just ask them who knows them might just let you grow

I've had a few "knock and talks" this year. It's kinda scary, but the thing about police is they either know or suspect. If they suspect, they'll do a Knock and Talk. If they know your breaking the law, they'll come with a warrant at 5AM, bust in the door, and arrest everyone in the house, then let the courts figure everything out.

Hey vindicated, I cant remember what your profile pics is of. All I remember is that I've came across it in quantum Mechanics/physics.

Now I think I remember. Isn't it a simulation of the higgs boson particle created by the LHC?
