oh, i see.

but many people here are adamant about arming even convicted rapists and worse.

Rape involves a non-consensual interaction. Speaking of adamant, many of the programs you champion involve the same thing, non-consensual interactions. Just thought I'd point that out....:eyesmoke:

there's a difference between statutory rape and violent rape.
You are correct. One involves non consensual contact. The other doesn't necessarily involve non consensual contact. Which method do you find most distasteful? Which method is employed by the actors you champion?

show me a list of people who were forced at gunpoint to sign a W4.

then i'll show you my list of everyone who signed a W4 voluntarily, consensually, and of their own free will and accord.

Consent under threat of harm or loss of an opportunity is hardly consent. If a person doesn't fill out this form, will an employer deny them a job? Will the IRS fuck with them?

Probably. The employer is under threat to collect data and taxes for the government. You seem to have a hard time connecting the dots and have a penchant for apologizing for rapists actions. Not to mention for trying to topic shift and wriggle out of your rationalizations for the use of force.

Can't you just post a one trick pony picture and call it a night?

Lol at the second quote of your sig

Is it a choice to pay taxes without threat of punishment? Of course people fill out their tax forms at the end of the year, they have to request some of their money back that the government has subverted out of their checks, without their consent. I have never been asked whether or not I will pay income tax, they just take that shit. You cannot argue that taxes are not acquired by means of coercion.

the 1040 is what people fill out at the end of the year to get some of their taxes back.

the W4 is the form that people voluntarily sign, thus consenting to taxation.

i've asked over and over and over for an example of someone signing a W4 with a gun to their head, i am always left wanting.

no one has to sign a W4, everyone consents to taxation.

from what you guys tell me, people could just not sign one and make $40k in welfare (LOL! heritage foundation). but for some reason, people voluntarily sign these W4s of their own free will.

interesting.

Isn't this a bit, Snypian. Westely is in prison for tax evasion. So, had he resisted they would have put a gun to his head. Al Capone came peacefully, why was that?

My father in law is an armed IRS agent. Being also Feds, they don't want anything thinking the FBI is a better shot.

Acquired by coercion? Not really. We the People decided we would collect tax. Our system vetted that and it is Law. But, it's not arbitrary law, like warlord law. It takes a lot people to compromise and then the Supreme Court weighs in.

We consent to be governed by not expatriating ourselves to Belize, or Canada, etc.

And here is a hint. Most of the tax collected has nothing to do with how much you pay. The salary and hourly types are not he bulk of tax base.

What it is mostly is (and you can ask any accountant about this.) : It's mostly how much did you make that will be taxed. So, accountants aren't afraid of a flat tax, for example. Because there is plenty of work, most of the work, is bookwork shuffling to make sure what ends up being taxable, at all, is as small as possible.

So, if you were not a W4 worker, but a sub-contractor paid on a DD914(?) then you will need to figure out how much you made after expenses and then after all deduction, writeoffs, etc, how much do you own in tax.

So, don't pay.....they will find you. And someone will have a gun. I speak from actual experience, as usual. :)

Oh ok, so not being able to work if you don't sign the form isn't coercion?
