Whose hot now?

I read an article in the Washington Post about how bad it was in England and Europe with England set to break an all time high temp record. They are forecasting 104 in the next day or two and said they're having to lay sand down on some roads to prevent the tar from melting. Then I thought about Oklahoma and how they're hitting 110 and it's been weeks above 100. I guess it comes down to the engineering and how old a lot of the structures are over there. Talking about deaths in the thousands potentially across Spain and France because of the lack of AC. So as bad as it is over here, at least we're used to it for the most part. I spent a couple trips out to the Mojave desert at Ft. Irwin, CA and 119 is the hottest I've ever seen. Even the coyotes were looking for AC, coming into the damn tents during the day to try and cool off.

God help y'all, although he seems to be busy as far as that goes. I remember thinking my brain was going to cook out of my damn skull at that temp. They had just adopted those damn black berets for all soldiers and they were like a wool consistency. I watched so many people pass out it just got boring. Not exactly ideal growing conditions I'd say. I feel bad for the mom and pop growers, but like you said there's too many out of state mega corps out there destroying the profit margin because of how they setup the system. Maybe a price correction courtousy of mother nature is one way to thin out the herd.

The problem with this heat wave in England is that so many people don't have an AC, like what happened with the severe heat wave last year in Portland/WA (and surrounding areas)....120 degrees (49 c) all the sudden in an area where tons of people didn't even have an AC unit. That heat wave is the reason I keep an extra AC around for a backup.

I understand my back is covered in marks I didn’t have until my early 30s. Constantly have to watch them . A life of summers shirtless not only at work but play also and spent and spend still alot of time on the water
