Thanks for the grow log, sorry about the sex problems. Maybe you started flowering too early? That could've stressed the female plant into becoming a hermie. The early change in photoperiod can trick it into thinking that it will not survive to be fertilized, so it grows its own balls to procreate. This is what I did to four of mine before realizing you have to be 100% sure from the preflowers whether the plant has pistils or balls. Hermaphroditism is actually highly unlikely in the absence of unnatural stress. And it's better not to risk it even if you're in a rush because if it needs 5 weeks to veg and 2 weeks before beginning to flower, if you switch to 12/12 at 4 weeks, itll take almost 3 weeks to start flowering, and it may have been stressed.
I started growing the same strain ( Dinafem Industrial feminized) about 2.5 weeks ago. Looks pretty much like yours did. Really hope I don't get another hermie. But it was a free sample so I guess I cant complain either way. Even though it's short, its mass is pretty comparable to what I've seen my other grows at their 12 inch height. I'll wait and see if preflowers show up and hopefully the feminized seed does what it should
