Why are my leaves tips turning yellow?

I have happy frog organic soil, and i have 100 watt light and fan blowing? wtf is going on?

Are you watering her or feeding her in that soil? What are the temps and feeding schedule? Check that your NPK ratios are in order if feeding. Old leaves do die off with time, and if they are far from the CFL then they are not being utilized by the plant and it may be just putting more effort into making new foliage up top. I'd snip those bottom two leaves and keep an eye on her.
