Why are my lower buds turning like shit.

So recently i had a small powdery milder issue and i took control of it but since its happened I've had my last plants in flower create these small dense flowers at the bottol with almost a red or orange like powder substance on them and they never grow that big and they almost look unsmokable. Is this powder milder affects still or am i feeding to many nuts and my lower buds can't take it. Im just not sure can you pease help i can't find any info of this issue. the top of my plants look good its just my lower nugs.

It really just looks like those buds are foxtailing, which is no problem. I've never had a mite or mildew problem so I have never had to spray my plants with anything so I really have no answer for you other than as stated above. Are your colas looking the same way?

nope the third picture is a pic of my main cola. the tops look fine and my bottom buds look like somethings wrong with them.

So the this is my jillybean day 40 and the top buds look good in picture 1 but all of the lower buds look really crappy pic 3 and 2. Ive grown before and had lower/smaller quality buds but these buds look like there infected or something. should i chop all these little guys off? What is causing this to happen? has anyone had any prior experience?

Low lighting conditions due to plant shading make for little weak lower "popcorn" buds.
Look up lolly popping and and learn to employ this.
