Why are my plants buds so small? It’s time to harvest (8-9 weeks) and they’re still small?

Most likely over fed. Don't feel so bad. I just burned like 10 plants messing around with organic dry fertilizer. It happens to the best of us

Its not a big deal if its outdoor. You can reuse the soil. Indoor is when this hurts
