Why are my plants so small?

I am getting a qtr. ounce a plant? I do everything by the book. Everything.

I can't post pics but trust me they are small and dense. I use 400 mh veg/600 hps flwr. I used to get .5 ounce per pant which I can deal with but this qtr ounce shit has to stop. I didn't change any thing. So why am I getting such small plants that don't smell either.

Probably growing shwag in his toilet bowl, and the 80 watts of incandescent are nOt cutting it, what with the vacuum cleaner on reverse for ventilation.

Piss on it, it needs nutrients.

define "the book". if ur only getting a 1/4 per plant, that book must have nothing to do with growing
