Why are the tips of these leaves pointed down?

Have it on other leaves too but much less extreme.

Lots of nitrogen will do that. Dark leaves and tips pointed down. I don't think however your in nitrogen tox.

What are you feeding?
what soil brand is that?

Liquid seaweed for feed, i don’t use that much. and it’s a blend of coast of main, worm castings, compost, perlite, bone meal.

Sounds good I wouldn't worry about it too much it should grow out of it. Just watch the nitrogen in flower u don't need much
