Why are they curling down and twisting?!

Those are seedlings, yes? In FF you wouldn't need to use nutes for at least a few weeks. Especially with the pot vs seedling size.

IMG_0092.jpgFox farms has enough nutes to take you all the way through veg. By adding any nutes you are overdosing them. Start them in 1 quart pots feed them nothing when you flex the small 1 quart pots, and see roots against plastic, then transplant in 3 gal or larger nursury pots, remember to give a week after transplanting before starting your nute program. When I grow from clone or seed, I do what I call the two week table veg. After two weeks on the table they are transplanted, 1 week later, I do a three week veg, this will take them to about 4 feet (my strains) . Then bloom. Also I f.i.m, 1 week before transplant, this gives my plants 1 week to recover between events. The most common cause of messed up mj is, the grower gets in too big of a hurry to get product, this is the cause of most setbacks. Overdose, ect. More nutes doesn't make more bud. properly grown, with patients and care makes more bud. IMG_0087.jpg

I didn't say anything but the plants are trans siberian, auto flowering strain. I was told that is better to start in a big pot and let the roots develop consistently instead of using little pots and building up with auto flowering strains. Also the PH of the water is 4.0 coming straight from the tap but the soil is 7.0 without water (fox-farm straight soil), it could be my PH tool.

This is my second grow, i grew feminized seeds (non-auto) BlackJack.

Is it my PH or my nutes because i thought i would see nute burn if it was the nutes i put about .9ml into a gal (total).
Also should i stop using tap and start buying distilled water, and will the distilled water have a neutral PH?

Using Fox Farms I would't be doing any feeding yet. That water ph is awfully low. Mine is pretty high and I don't adjust ph because my medium is good. Ask around, someone can steer you in the right direction. Not sure how well FF buffers water and nutes.
