why aren't my babies growing faster?

i know you cant rush these things it just seems like they should be..more grown then they are now. should i have them on 24 hours of light or a little darkness? they finally are getting 5 leaves on a couple and some growth underneath but its been almost a month. any help will be appreciated.

hmm i got 2 100w cfls and a shoplight over those with aluminium foil around the box water when dry have a fan on but not on them. not sure though

maybe the temp is too high

depends on wut your feedn, wut kinda soil, ph levels give some info man, n some pics

You shouldn't use foil man.. Use mylar instead
