Why arent my germinated seeds sprouting?

i germinated all my seeds until i seen the root tail. i planted these germinated seeds in premium organic soil and then watered all pots thoroughly. Why cant i see my sprouts yet?? its been about 48 hours with 36 hours of light! did i overwater? am i overreacting? IF these sprout, will my 13-4-5 spikes work for veg after two weeks? Note: this is under a 400w MH light and about 3-4 ft away from pots. My temps are 82day/62°night and humidity fluctuates between 32/58%

stay calm give them a few more days this takes some time don't try and rush it

sounds like you planted your seeds and then watered afterwards? it's possible you drowned them and they died...typically you should dampen the soil before you put the sprouts in. they could also be slow growing so just wait another day, everything else seems fine ...you could also just keep the light on 24 hours for the first week or so to speed up growth

wait till you a 2 weeks after you repot to use any food.
Spikes are time released, better to use something you can control.

Sounds like you might of damaged the Tap root.
Give it a few days,if nothing in 4-5 probly not gonna
happpen.

Why I always go st8 to my medium. Soak till no float then to medium.I use pill bottles for the soak.

It can take up to 2 weeks. Why are you using a 4oow light over them? it wont help and will be too big for the new sprouts. Just have them in the house under a cfl.

i had one pop up over night with my 400w on them. The rest that are germinating in the styrofoam cups hasn't sprouted or broke the surface yet. The 400w should suffice if i have them far enough away from the plant, right?

Are you talking about the seed starter Jiffys from wal mart? they have a 70 seed set starter.
