why brown on the leaves?

it dont look like mites.it looks like maybe chlorine frome water.Can some 1 help.its only on one leaf.

you wont get any advice with what you have posted, except for this
your brown leaves forming are from a fucking leprechaun who was born in your light bulb, he jumped down had a beer at your top cola and swung down your stem to the effected leaf, took a crap off the side onto Ur soil before wiping his asshole with your leaf, thus leaving it brown
