this is legal open carry in my state. The only place you cant go with a rifle is school zones or touristy places.
If you have a concealed licensed you can walk around with one in the chamber. otherwise you are not supposed to have it loaded, but can have a magazine ready to reload.
the concealed privileges change city by city. some limit the size of your clip , some don't allow one in the chamber ,ect...
