Why do people call dispensaries clinics?

My friends who have medical cards always call the dispensaries, clinics. Clinics are places where you see a doctor. Dispensaries are the places where people get their meds. Why are people so ignorant??? :shock:
 
You could always be the jackass of the group and constantly correct them on their errors. Interesting subject matter to start a thread about.
 
I think it is a simple answer, dispensery means they are weed smokers period. You would go there for weed or an something to eat. Saying you are headed down to the clinic sounds much better. I think it is that simple, folks are still in the closet.
 
why do people call tissues, Kleenexes or copiers Xeroxers. Its habit, its very common it the world today, if you look closely there are a ton of unnecessary or gramatically incorrect things we do and say.

careful how you insult others for there short commings, you may actually share a lot of them.

+ ignorance is bliss =), and who doesn't need a little more bliss these days?
 
local mechanic runs a Radiator Clinic. I think he wanted to open a Tranny Clinic as well, but the God-fearin' city council decided we don't need to support that type here. cn

We have both, despensaries that only have meds and related material but no Dr, and we have clinics that only have doctors....... some places have both.
 
I don't use those dispensaries for a few reasons, I would call it a pharmacy. That's where we get our "legal drugs" right? So it's a pharmacy.

I grow my own, but I love my dispensary ,they buy my overages at a fair price and they have a killer variety for something different toast on. Lots of medables and hot chics working as budtenders.... just saying.
And a vape lounge, again with hotties.
 
Alot of ppl call them the "weed clinic".. Its pretty stupid if you ask me. Same thing like when ppl call all weed "kush" regardless of the strain..
 
My dispensary has some badass medables..very potent ,and I've been stoning for 30 years, I get high as fuck off a few of their top shelf goodies. Great for a day of rollercoaster riding if you can't smoke alot. I can't afford to make them that strong all the time....... I love me girls at the dispensary!
