Why do the leaves and stems look like this?

When we transplanted, we had left the lights on for 24 hours by accident. It took us 2 days to realize this happened and we noticed the pots were dry. The plants had gone through stress. It was either from light stress or, being underwatered since the lights were on for 2 days straight. Eventually, it took about 2 weeks to get out of the that funk, then it seems like they got overwatered which was when I started this thread.

I took the lights down, I started to flush and everything came back to life. Then, I started my regime again and everything went amazing the plants flourished.
