Why does my plant look sad?

Hi! This is my first time growing! Im at day 22 and I started notice that my plant look really sad the leaves are not facing up! Any clue??

Im using 600w led sun like light/ph balanced water/solo cups/humidty is right/temp is 79/swiss dream cbd indica dominant

Over watering. And look streched. Why u using sand ?

im using normal soil from my yard couse the coco came late but my seeds were already germinated. I saw a lot of people using 600w and it turned out looking really good. My soil was very dark and rich so it definitely not bad quality

Should I tranplant it to coco? Or wait a bit. I think Im gona use the shake method to shake of the soil

Your soil looks like very dense sand......you need perlite for oxygen. Plus you're using clear cups......roots don't like light.
Transplanting to coco would be a good choice.
Just don't treat your coco like soil......feed daily and never let it dry out.

ditto what everyone else said. get rid of the sand and repot in peat moss.

I'm amazed they've grown so well up to now, good job.
