Not under federal law. DEA comes knocking that's different than your local cops and it wouldn't be your local cops searching your I.P. address.

Well for me here in Canada my card is federal. So I'm not worried, just stay within my 15 plant limit and I'm fine. Its hard when cloning and seedlings with males but I always stay to the 15 plants.

No, I just believe if you're smart you will always be 10 steps ahead of the Police and therefore will not be arrested. Sometimes people get unlucky, I get that but I still think the majority of people that do get caught are kinda dumb ~ they tell people about their grow, sell, don't use carbon filters, etc.
