why have my buds stopped growing

hi every one my buds have stopped growing i'm like 11weeks in to flower I know this is a long time to flower unless its a sativa plant here is a image of the plant i know it's a bit late to do this should i cut the tiny bud sights like this off that are not doing any thing also a lot of half green leaves have been falling of her i know its normal for leaves to fall off in flower but thought they had to totally dead not half dead thanks.

no i was using sun light it all started going wrong when i gave it molasses and had to flush because of salt build up and nute burn i also had alot of trouble with caterpillars witch stopped bud growth

they are still clear but do you think i should cut the sucker buds sights that are in the last 2 images so more energy goes to the bit bigger buds at the ends

there still clear at 11 weeks? what strain is it uve got going on there? is this your first grow? i dont know if it would cause unnecessary stress on the plant. but she already looks like shes had a bad time already anyways!

Are you sure it's not 11 Days ? cause that plant look like it's less then 2 weeks into flower

may be its not 11 week maybe it 9 weeks but i did have notes but my dog got to them about 5 weeks ago and i cant rember what week i was at and its some kush strain

i had trouble with caterpillars making web in my buds for a thew weeks and its now joke i have a crazy springer spaniel and she got up in my room one day a ripped the notes to bits next time I think i will just do it all on my computer so the dag can't get it and a buddy of mine gave me the seeds and he just said they was kush but that's it he got them from a seed bank i think it was attitude he had 10 and gave me 5 in case they didn't germ but i have also had a shitty batch of seed from them G13 labs Thai super skunk they all hermi on me

p.s he has move away since and i don't have his recent number to ask him how his grow went so maybe i had a bad set of genetics again

Haha, spaniels are wild. Well personally I can't really see any buds, but if that's at 11 weeks or so flower then you should be ready, unless it's a hybrid with high sativa or pure sativa then you're looking at 12-14+ weeks flower... I can't offer much help but one of the guys here surely knows...
