Please liberals don't equate the research finding blacks in America having a much lower average IQ as eugenics.
The causes are not fully known however it is a fact none the less.
According to liberals its probably whiteys fault though like everything else.

It is partially the white man's fault. Slaves were raised to be dependent, and therefore once freed had no real world skills to bring to the table.

Although shameful that was along time ago. It very well may be a contributing cause but research has not established that..

scoring lower on an IQ test is not the same as having a lower IQ.

only a racist like you would try to make those two statements equivalent.

black people are not helpless children who need White Guidance. as long as people keep making excuses for the behaviour it will only get worse.
