that thing as some major deformation going on...only getting 1 blade per leaf at the top...thats why its not developing...its not got enough leaf area to get enough energy to help produce buds...is that a bagseed plant?...might just be shitty genetics...one other question...was it vegged...flowered..then revegged? ive heard that some plants that go into veg after being in flower will produce single blade leaves.

why do those leaves look strange to me?? Maybe its not getting a full 12 of darkness and its starting to reveg. I dont know that is weird.

i dont know why, but i would suggest tying her down.this will cause more hormones to pool in the tip but it may also cause multi-top

not good to try lst on a plant that far along into flower...it will stop trying to bud and try to put its energy back into new growth

I was thinking cut the top right above the cluster of nuggets at the bottom of the picture. sacrifice the top for better results in the lower buds because from what i can see the cola doesn't look like its going to produce much at all.

i would bend the top completely over, i use my one finger and have it on the side of the plant that i wish to bend it in, then i just gently with my other hands thumb slowly pressure it down until its damaged enough it sits horizontally. i do it often, you are a tad bit deeper into flowering than i would prefer, but ive done it even later than this. it makes the plants focus on your other growth sites. plus this way you can get the light closer. i think alot of people have a phobia about causing a bit of stress during flower.

Good idea. What will happen to the top part that is bent over after doing this? will it continue to grow? die off?

dont do that, break it somewhat like i advised.
that might be his best bet...cutting it off is a bad idea...but with those leaves its not going to develop much anyways..let it take the time to repair the break...get more light to the bottom...and free up some headroom

My picture sucks? Looks fine to me and clearly shows what i am asking about in my post. Cant tell what i want? Obviously i want to know wtf I should do with it because its not going to produce properly so im not sure what you are talking about.

it will grow, the stem will get alot bigger and be better able to transport things to it as well once it heals, which shouldnt be long at all. dont snap it completly though, if you do that their is a decent/good chance it will wither away and die. just make it so it stays horizontal and can somewhat support itself still.
