You may be give'em too much light I'm not hip to the LED's but
I'm thinking this is too much and you should have'em under
cfl's or my personal favorite is fluorescents

Led's are full spectrum and perfect for this , i have to disagree , Flo's work fine also , but no need to change.....

my plants are getting worse you can see the leafs are getting wrinkly and doesn't look too healthy and it hasn't grown in 3 days what should i do?

Re pot with good soil and perilite mixture ASAP...and try putting them under another light source. Even a couple CFLs will help.
LEDs are cool and everything...but they still don't have enough blue / white light for vegging. I know it says it does..but it doesn't.

These pic's are a lot better the seedlings are very dark green so what
and how much you feeding'em in ppms it's possible over feeding of nutes
it don't look like ph but you never know you are using good ph and ppm
meters yes I heard then LED light are okay with mixed reviews some growers
like'em some don't but what I was thinking you should start'em using
cfl's or flo's cause them LED's are too much for the seedling I'm never
use them~

they are stretching(thats correctable as mentioned). what are your water temps, room temps, ph, what are you feeding, how much air are you pumping into the water, these are possible issues to address right now.

From what you say , everything seems fine , it's not the light , do you have any Canna Rhizotonic ??
