so you have no ideal what your talking about lol
Even if the plant was re-vegging (which it clearly isn't), the single bladed leaves (not leaf) would be at the top with the new growth. Normal top growth, with funky twisted single bladed growth below, would signify that the plant had grown out of the re-vegging stage and back into normal vegetative growth. This conversation is pointless anyway because it has nothing to do with what's wrong with the op's plant.

And don't even get me started on your advice regarding "getting rid of all the messed up fan leaves". What, they serve no purpose and need to be removed because you don't think they're pretty?

carefull Slogro you get some newbies on here that have no ideal what there talking about

most your single and 3 blade fan leaves will die off and leave the growth uneven, removing them now will make the plant grow even and bushy

the plant has single blads leaves, 3 blade leaves and looks like one 5 blade leave so it just starting to grow normal but the plant going to end up with one main top shoot
he top the plant because he wants a bushy plant and that what i an trying to give him

no because the there is a lot of new heathy growth close together and this will result in a really bushy plant if the fan leaves are removed ( one off)

EDIT a single cola under 240 watt led is going result in a poor yeild, not the best advice
