Why was my yield so low

man yall wont believe this crap. Out of 12 plants, 2600 watts Hid,s and another 1300 watts cfl's added in the 4th week of flowering, I only pulled 2 pounds. I mean thats more than enough for us, and for me to help others, but what the f... happened. My conditions was perfect and I had a few bumps from my buckets running low but thats about it. I vegged for about 40 days. Should I have vegged longer. I grew 1 Gorilla Grape and the other 11 was Blue cheese which is a decent yielder, so I had a problem somewhere with that much light. I dont think I should've yielded that low with burned out bulbs.

Do anyone have an idea what might of happened. Im just tryna become a better grower.

My ppm's were highest at about 1400 during flower.
ph was perfect I gradually let it rise from 5.5 to uptake most nutes.
humidity 30
temp 76 tops
bucket temp 65 average
2600 hid's
1300 cfl's after week 4
Dwc buckets
I only ran into bucket depletion 2 times which I did deliberatly
and a gang of diffrent nutes over time.

During flower I ran House and Garden aqua flake
Carboload
supreme growers seaweed kelp
Rock nutrients resinator
x nutes base nutes
supreme growers silica
sensizym
bud candy
Cyco potash
Bud blood at the beginning and a few others periodically

3 box fans intake
1 box fan exhaust
ac
I just let it grow like a jungle, I removed all bottom shoots

Run less shit at lower ppm, got any harvest pics, betting dollars to donuts they look fried or tortured. Far to much shit to be running at those numbers.

Longer veg should help in the yield department as well. Almost 4000 watts and only 2 lbs

Eta sorry was on mobile, pics didn't pop up.

They don't look too bad actually, but I can't make out much detail due to lighting interference, and low quality camera shots.

I'd still say you are pushing it, and there does seem to be a bit of N deficiency in some of the shots from the pale green in some of them, little droopy. But again, I can't make much out of those photos. I'm running 400 watt, and right now I'm happy getting just over .5gpw, so, I guess you shouldn't be too disappointed.

my goal is to become a better grower, not just the yield i got. What you mean by run less at lower ppm's....i know what ppm's mean but run what less.

Probably meant ........stop feeding plants soo much @ one time & also lower your ppm's
