Why won't Republican Congress grow a spine?

Thankfully I've never seen the forest, or the trees. That is to say that I've never been to the USA (well that's not true I went there once).

Anyways, I agree and you will never convince an American that their media choice is no less or more corrupt then most other media sources.

This thread was kind of rhetorical and not serious anyways. I don't think there is any clearer an answer as to why the Republican Congress doesn't do oversight then because politicians are evil and care about their own interests and not those of the Country.

The entire USA system of government is a strange enigma though that I don't think any outsider .. or American understands/cares about anyways.

It's simple. If they raise their head, Fox News knocks it off. The GOP primary voters get 90% of their news from fox, so those guys are scared shitless. If they say anything they will get primaried, if they don't they will get some of the blame for the smoking pit that will be left of government when 45 leaves office. But that is down the road, and those guys being human, are going to put that off as long as possible.

45 is trying to bait the Dems into impeachment. He's at home in the courts. {4K and change of cases he's involved in on either side} He knows the senate will not vote him out, so he playing with house money. He figures, just like with Clinton, his numbers will go up with impeachment. It may be just what he needs to win re-election.

Please don't fling me in that briar patch.

I think this is different. Clinton didn't spew treason on that blue dress and didn't have a trail of indicted co-conspirators. Yeah Clinton lied and obstructed the truth but it doesn't compare to the orange menace's daily Constitutional and rule of law destruction.

I still question how his numbers can go up?
He has alienated so many groups and individuals and made no effort to bring people together
Somehow him yelling "blacks won't vote for Biden"
Doesn't sound like a winning strategy Clinton approval rating at time 60% Trumps 43%

They don't poses the DNA required to develop vertebra. Inbreeding and recessive genes. A birth defect that we should pity.

simple. re-election. it's never been about us; now it's even less so, to the point the lower classes are a victim of political genocide.

when those people are all on the street the only way to more power is up and they will start to feed upon the upper middle classes until there's nothing left of them too.

they will become the new poor and the poor, extinct.

polls aren't shows and can be made to look like anything.

don't fall into the instant gratification of stupid sheeple trap who insist upon the 'headlines', 10-second 'blurbs' or 'i heard' for in-depth education.
